Aggregate Conditioners

Aggregate Conditioners are generally used as a pre-washing device (prior to a Sand Classifying Tank or Wash Screen) to improve the classifying ability of the tank or for easier removal of waste fractions when screening.
While similar in appearance to Coarse Material Screw Washers, they differ in processing technique. Aggregate Conditioners do not have a weir overflow.

All material and water that’s entered into the unit must be discharged out of the bottom of the box, so it is not practical to discharge material onto a conveyor.
