Impact Feeder-Breakers

Impact Feeder-Breakers are a new solution for in-pit primary crushing. An easy to use, easy to move alternative to traditional primary crushers, they can handle feed sizes up to 48" (1.2m) with capacities to 2,000 STPH, eliminating hydraulic rock breakers.

Supplied with either a skid or powered/non-powered crawlers, expensive foundations are eliminated. Material is dumped directly onto the drag chain and flight bars pull material into the crushing chamber. Excess fines are minimized since already-to-size or just-crushed material falls to the deck and is pulled under the rotor.

Product sizes such as a nominal 12" (304mm) can be achieved or the unit can be adjusted within hours to make other products such as rip-rap.
